The time and the shipping cost depend on the area and the delivery way you will choose. The time of deliveries are indicative, refer to working days (weekends and holidays are excluded) and may be changed due to weather conditions or and the products’ availability.
All orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (Greek local time) will be processed the same day; any orders placed after the aforementioned time, will be processed the next working day. Any orders placed on Friday before 12:00 p.m. (Greek local time) and throughout the weekend, will be processed on Monday.
All shipping costs are free of charge within Greece. Deliveries within Greece are made by ACS courier within 1-3 working days for Attica and all big Greek cities and 3-5 working days to all inaccessible areas.
Vat is included in the product prices.
Note: Clients that aren’t civilians of the European Union, are subject to any financial charges due to exchange rate differences, customs etc, for which the company is not responsible for.
For deliveries within Greece, ΕΝΥŌ uses ACS courier services.
After completing your order, you will receive an informative e-mail containing the voucher number, which you may use to can track your order.

– Preparation: We prepare your order in our store.
– Shipping: Your parcel has been sent with the shipping method you have chosen, along with a link that confirms the successful completion of your order. This way you can track the progress of your order anytime you wish.
– Estimated delivery time: The estimated day of delivery of your order in the location you have chosen.
– Delivery: Your parcel has been delivered successfully in the location you specified.
If the courier service can’t reach you in the location you indicated as shipping address, ACS courier will attempt to deliver your order two more times on the following working days. If your order can’t be delivered, then it will automatically be returned to us and we will contact you.
For your convenience, we recommend you check carefully the product’s condition as well as the packaging condition during the delivery of your order, so you can detect any flaws.
Check your e-mail in case we informed you via e-mail that one of your products was not available. In this case, we will refund the respective amount of the missing product as well as the shipping cost of your order in the same payment method you chose to complete your order. If you didn’t receive an e-mail, contact the Customer Service via email on email@example.com or call us at +30 210 44 00 004 and we will answer as soon as possible.

In case you are not satisfied with the products you received, you can always return the order. To learn more about the return process in case of a return, click here.
In case you wish to return your products, you have 14 working days in your disposal to do so, from the day you receive your order. The return shipping cost (€1.50) has to be paid by the client and not the company, except from the cases that return is due to our fault (ex. Faulty product). In this case, the return is required to be made within 5 days. The products have to be in their original condition, sealed and undamaged. The receipt as well as the product’s tags have to be included. For hygienic reasons, our company does not accept any returns on leggings and bodysuits. All products returned to ΕΝΥŌ warehouse are subject to meticulous quality control.

- Complete the Return Form
It is absolutely necessary to fill out and attach the return form to your parcel and send it along with the products you wish to return. In the case of an invoice, the product must be accompanied by a photocopy of the receipt or a dispatch note. If your parcel does not include the return form, you can download it from the “My Account / My Returns” page or contact us and we will send it to you via email. When the product arrives at our warehouse, we will contact you.

We are able to add the product’s amount you wish to return to your account as credit, in order to use it for future purchases. The credit will be made within 3 days from the date of receipt of the products in our warehouse. Our return department will contact you as soon as we receive your return. (Please fill in the “Credit” field in the special “Return Form”)
Your refund will be made within 14 working days of the date we received your return. It will be made on the credit card which you used to make the payment with, or the Paypal account from which the payment was made or in the bank account you will indicate on the form return. (Please fill the “Refund” field in the special “Return Form”). In case of refund via your bank account, we will need your IBAN in order to complete the refund. Go to the “Update bank details” field on the “My Account” page. If you are not already a registered user, you can provide us with your details through the “Orders” field. As soon as we receive the data, we will conduct the refund. Please remember that the IBAN must belong to a bank of your region. Once the process has been completed, you will receive an email informing you that the money has been refunded.
Our main concern is to provide you with you elegant and high quality products. If, nevertheless, you detected a flaw or the product you received was different from the one you originally purchased, please contact the Customer Service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +30 210 44 00 004, within 5 days from the day you received the product. As soon as our warehouse receives the return and inspects the condition of the product, we will immediately replace it WITH THE SAME PRODUCT CODE without any charge.
Please remember to send us photos showing the flaws of the product along with the brand name “ΕΝΥŌ”, so that we can solve your problem as efficiently as possible.

You have 14 days from the day you received your order in your disposal to exchange the product with another size or require a refund. The process is very simple. You may find the respective information by clicking here.
The payment is made before or at the time of the delivery of the product and can be made in one of the following ways of payment:
– Cash on delivery when delivering the product to the chosen location (only for orders within Greece). The charge is €2.50 (including 24% VAT).
– Credit or debit card: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. In debit or American Express payments, the charge will be charged in real time.
– PAYPAL: To buy with PayPal, select this method of payment and click on “Payment Confirmation”. You will then automatically be redirected to PayPal’s website to complete the payment.
– Express PAYPAL payment
Save time on your next purchases by linking your PayPal account to your ΕΝΥŌ account. This way, you will not need to enter your PayPal account information every time you want to make a purchase.
To link accounts, select PayPal as a payment method, then select “Save PayPal for future purchases”. Then you will be redirected to the payment page where you can complete the linking of the accounts.
If you want to unlink the accounts, go to PayPal settings and make the change the “Pre-Authorized Payment” field in the “Payments” section.
– Bank deposit
To make a payment by bank deposit, please select this method of payment and we will provide you with the bank account number in which the deposit should be made.
The deposit must be made by a bank of the country where the order invoice was issued and the customer will be charged with all the bank transaction fees.
You must indicate your name and your order number in the deposit information. The name and the order number must be the same with the name written in the order that was placed. Only when we receive the bank deposit, will the order be shipped.
The deposit must be made within three (3) business days from the day of the order. If the corresponding amount is not deposited within 72 hours, the order will be canceled.
We recommend you to save your payment information on our site when you place your order, to make the process faster in the future. To change any information, redirect to the “My Account” page.
Our site does not support payment in installments.
We would like to inform you that we never keep the information related to your bank account. Payments are made through the secure SSL protocol of Eurobank for your online transactions. This encrypts all your personal information, such as your credit card number, your name and address so that they cannot be read or changed when they are transferred over the internet. Our SSL certificate has been issued by the leading VeriSign Certification Company. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol is the world standard on the web for the certification of web sites for network users and for the encryption of data between network users and web servers. Any payment made on ΕΝΥŌ is absolutely confidential.
Your bank account will be debited as soon as your order is confirmed.
If your payment was unsuccessful, please try completing your order using another method of payment or contact your bank for information.

Your invoices are visible on the “My Account / My Orders” page. Click on your order to download the invoice you want.
When you are redirected to your order summary, click on the “Enter Discount or Gift Card Code” field. If you do not redeem the entire balance of the gift card, you can use it on your next purchase.
When you add products in your basket, they remain there for thirty 30 minutes. After that time limit expires, these products are available again for other customers. It is possible that these products will not be available after that time has passed.
The steps to place an online order are the following:
– After viewing the products or choosing a product based on the search filters, select the size and color and then click “Add to cart”. To view your cart and complete the order, place the cursor over the basket icon until you see a small preview of your order and click “View Cart” or just click on the basket icon, located at the top right of the screen. Finally, click the “Complete Order” button.
– You can place an order either as a visitor, by filling in the required fields, or as a registered user, simply by filling your email and password. You can also create an account in case you don’t already have one, by filling your email and all the other necessary information.
-Fill the shipping details and billing information.
– Upon successful completion, you will see a message on your screen that will provide you with the tracking number of your order and the email address in which you will be sent a preview of the order you just made.
To add a product to your cart you must first choose the color and size (even the product is available on one size or color). Then the ‘Add to Cart’ option will be available.
For orders within Greece, we will be happy to take your orders by telephone. Our call center operates daily from 9:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 14:00. Orders made by phone are paid by cash on delivery only.
You can add or remove products from your cart at any time before you confirm your order. Once your order has been placed, you will no longer be able to change or add any products. If you wish to change the shipping address after you have placed your order, please contact Customer Service by calling us at +30 210 44 00 004 or by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your order is confirmed, you have an hour to cancel it. To do this, go to “My Account” page. After 3 hours have passed, it will be impossible to cancel the order. If you cancel your order while the products have already been delivered to the courier service, you will be charged for the shipping costs (the cost of shipping the products to you and the cost of returning them back to our warehouse). However, once you receive the parcel, you will have 14 days to return your products and place a refund request. Alternatively, you can contact Customer Service by calling us at +30 210 44 00 004 or by sending an email to email@example.com.
Once you complete your order, you won’t be able to add any more products. In case you want to purchase more products, you will need to place a new order and mark in the “Comments” section to add the new products to your previous order, provided that you have chosen the same shipping method and the same shipping address. When your orders are merged, you will pay the shipping cost for one parcel and you will be refunded the shipping cost you deposited for each separate product merged with your first order. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone to add a new product. Additional items can be added to your order within 1 hour of placing the order.
Your order will be confirmed as soon as it appears on the “My Account” page.
You will also be sent a confirmation email with the voucher number and the detailed list of products you purchased.
We constantly try to update the available quantities of our products. In case our system shows that the product you ordered is available but when it was collected from our warehouse it was found that it is no longer available, we will notify you either by phone to the number you indicated, or via email, and we will refund the amount or replace the item that is no longer available with another product, free of charge. It is possible that more than one orders on the same product are placed at the same time, in which case the stock information may be inaccurate. In this rare case we are obliged to cancel your order, free of charge.
The availability of our products is updated quite often. Our company updates the stock of each product in a specific way. However, the number of orders may sometimes exceed the number of products available in the stock. In this case, we will contact you either by phone or by email informing you about the date of the availability of the product.
Our sizes follow the European size guide and our products come in small, medium, large, extra large and one size. In our product page, you can click on the link that contains our Size Guide Conversion chart. You can follow the instructions on how to take your measurements on the shoulders, bust, waist and hips, and choose the size that fits you best. We will gladly answer any question you may have so that you can choose the right size for you. If the product you purchased doesn’t fit properly, you can always return it.

If the color or size of a product you want to order is not available, you can go to the product page of the item you want, choose the size and color and add the product to your favorites. Also, you can always fill your email so that you can be notified when the product becomes available again.

We make sure our products have the best possible quality. We suggest that the first wash of the dark or multi-colored clothes are separately from the rest, and at 30 to 40 degrees Celsius, using a mild detergent.

The online store ENYO offers seasonal sales. To stay up to date with the latest products on sale, you can subscribe to our newsletter. You can shop our latest sales by clicking on the SALES on our menu, when this option is available.
The creation of an account is very simple:
– On your computer, click on “My Account”. You can find it at the top right of the home page (on your smartphone, the button is on menu).
– Enter your email address on the registration page.
– Fill in your details in the required fields and confirm and click “Create Account”.
-Then, since you have filled out with your information, you will receive an email, containing a link for the ACTIVATION of your account.
To make the login/registration process quicker and easier, you can also choose to have your details automatically filled in via ‘Facebook Connect’, which will use information about you from your Facebook account to create your ΕΝΥŌ account. In this case, please be aware that any invitations or messages we send will appear in the inbox of the email account linked to your Facebook account.
There is also the feasibility of registration during your payment. Via your registration in our online store, you will have the best service, while you may easily track your order progress as well as your transactions, to contact the Customer Service department and save your information/details (address, pricing etc.) for your future purchases.
-To log in to your ΕΝΥŌ account, click the ‘Account’ button on the top right of the home page (if you are on your smartphone, this button can be found in the menu).
-Enter your email address and password.
-Click on “Log in”. You can also log in via “Facebook Connect”.
To sign up for our newsletter, all you have to do is redirect to the ‘My Account/My Info’ page, and select the “Subscribe to our invitations” box. By filling out your email address in that field, which you may find it on the bottom of the page, you will have the ability to stay updated for the news, fashion trends and the current sales. If you haven’t received any of our invitations, try searching your spam/junk email folder, and adding our email address firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book/contacts list.
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, all you have to do is unselect the ‘Subscribe to our invitations’ box on the ‘My Account/My Info’ page. You can also click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter we send you.
You can save your shipping address to your account, so that you don’t have to type it in every time you make an order. You can also delete saved shipping addresses. Any of the above can be completed by going to the “My Account” page.
To change your password, go to the “My Account” page. You can also change or delete personal information, such as your date of birth, clothes/shoe size, telephone number, etc.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the “My Account” button in the top right of the home page, click the “Forgot your password? ” link, and type in the email address that you used when registering. You will receive an email with a new temporary password that you can use to enter the site.
If you want to save your favorite products for future purchase, you can create a product wishlist by clicking on the “heart” icon that’s on every product page. You can find your wishlist with all your chosen products on the “My Account/Wishlist and Alerts” page, which you can then modify and share with your loved ones via email. These products can later be moved to the shopping cart or vice versa.
Be aware that adding products to the wishlist does not mean that they are reserved, they just stay there for 2 weeks, regardless of whether they are available or not. When new collections are released, some products may go out of stock very quickly. To make an alert for a particular product, all you have to do is click the ‘Create an alert’ option on its product page on our website. You will receive an email a few hours before the product becomes available again in our online shop. You can modify your alerts in the “My Account/Wishlist and Alerts” page.
If you wish to delete your ΕΝΥŌ account, please contact us by sending mail to email@example.com. Please be aware that if you delete your account, details of all of your past purchases will be lost as well.
