Add the desired products to your cart (Add to Cart). Continue with your shopping or select “checkout”. You can check the contents of your shopping cart, you can add or remove any product, or you can increase or decrease the quantity of your products any time. Before checking out, you should check carefully if you agree with the selected products and their quantities, as they appear in your shopping cart, correct any mistakes by clicking the relevant choices. When completing your order select whether to make the purchase as a registered user or as a guest user and fill in the information required. Fill in the required information and choose the way of payment. Then you can checkout.
Orders from our website, are possible throughout the day (24 hours a day), seven days a week. Orders placed until 12:00 are processed and checked on the same day. Any orders placed on Friday after 12:00 and throughout the weekend are processed on Monday.
You can order either as a registered user or as a visitor. It is proposed to be registered as a member, in order to automatically display your information at the completion of your purchase, so as to save time.
Upon entry of your order you shall receive an automated e-mail informing you that the entry is successful. Upon checking and processing the order, you shall receive an e-mail verifying your order.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
For the availability of the products, questions or clarifications you can either call at +30 210 44 00 004 or send an email at sales@enyoofficial.com.
We are constantly updating the available quantities of our products. If during the placement of the order the system shows that there is stock but is then found that the product is no longer available, we will notify you either by phone or via email for an exchange with another product or we will refund you without any further charges. If a certain product is purchased at the same time more than once, then the information about the stock may not be accurate. In this case, we are obliged to cancel the order without charging the customer.
When a new collection is released, there is a possibility that some products might be out of stock in a short period of time. The customer can activate the notifications in order to receive information on the availability of the products. In order to do this, the customer can just click in the option: NEW IN that is in the page of each product. The customer will receive an email when the product becomes available at our online shop. To modify the notification, the customer should go to the page “My account / Wishlist and Notifications”
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us via phone at +30 210 44 00 004 or via email at sales@enyoofficial.com. If you wish to cancel your order during the ordering procedure, you can click on the “cancel” button and your order will be canceled immediately.
