The products are shipped exclusively through the ACS Courier company throughout Greece.

For shipments within Attica and big cities of Greece, delivery of the order is made within 1-3 business days.

For shipments to islands and inaccessible areas, the order is delivered within 3-5 business days.Free shipping.

For orders of less than 50€, the delivery cost is 2,50€.

If you find out that the product you received is not what you wanted or that you did not select the right size, you are able to return the product within fourteen (14) days of its receipt and replace it with another product of your choice, or with the same product in a size that suits you. If the other product or size you choose is not available, we will refund your money through a bank deposit or credit your amount for use on your next order.

The returned product should be in its original packaging and must not have been worn (besides trying it on), ironed, washed, or undergo any other cleaning process. Also, any labels accompanying the product should be as they were when you received it. The return package should include the receipt of your purchase and the return form. If you have not received the return form, please contact us at sales@enyoofficial.com to send it to you via email. Returns that do not meet the above requirements will NOT be accepted and will be returned to the customer. As soon as we receive your package, we will notify you via email about its arrival, as well as refunding or sending your new order.
