RETURNS POLICY
For any case of after sales service, need of change, replacement, return of products, product warranty, order cancellation and any related question, please contact our Company at +30 210 44 00 004 or via e-mail at sales@enyoofficial.com.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order without any further charges, as long as the products have not been delivered for shipment. If you cancel your order after delivery of the products to be shipped, then you will be charged with the shipping costs from our premises to you as well as the costs of returning the products to our premises. Contact our store at +30 210 44 00 004or via e-mail at sales@enyoofficial.com to cancel your order.
PRODUCT CHANGES
If you wish to change a product you have purchased, you can return it within 14 days of its receipt and replace it with another product or with the same product at the size that fits you.
We will carry out the change within 14 days, from the date that we will receive the product. Your will be charged with €1,50.
If the new product or size you have chosen is not available, we credit the amount for use on a subsequent order.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS
As a prerequisite for returning products is to be owned, by the customer, the relevant purchase document that proves the transaction (e.g., Receipt Retail, Sales Invoice / delivery note etc.).
The products should be returned in the same good condition you received them and must be accompanied by the relevant documents, accessories etc (e.g. packing materials, receipt), as well as the label of the product as it is genuinely attached. The returning product should not be worn – except if it is tried on. The product should not be ironed or washed in any way.

Discrimination depending on the reason of a return:
- Defective Products
If you purchased a defective product from www.enyoofficial.com, please contact us at +30 210 44 00 004 or via email at sales@enyoofficial.com to advise you on the issue.
- For non-defective Products you can exercise the right of withdrawal.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform “DYOSAS Y REINAS LTD FOREIGN BRANCH ”, with registered offices in the Municipality of Metamorfosi, 37, V. Deligianni Str., P.C. 14452, e-mail: sales@enyoofficial.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. The products purchased must be returned in their original condition accompanied by the relevant documents (receipt – invoice) for sale.
Exceptions from the right of withdrawal:
- a) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, e.g. swimsuits (if hygienic protectors have been removed) and underwear (which cannot be opened / tried on, in any case), b) the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, c) if the cloth has been worn (except if it has only been tried on), or if it has been ironed or washed in any way.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
REFUND
In the event you pay cash on delivery at your home or in any event refund is not possible because of the way of payment you used in the original transaction, any refund of money in case of withdrawal shall be made – upon mutual agreement – by deposit to your bank account.
In this case, you should contact us by phone at +30 210 44 00 004 or by email at sales@enyoofficial.com, where you should state:
- Your account number or IBAN
- The name of your Bank
- The name and surname of the account beneficiary.
For security reasons, the beneficiary or co-beneficiary of the bank account should be the same person as the one selected in the invoicing data and indicated on the invoice of purchase.
RETURNING PRODUCTS
Customers can send us the product using the following procedure:
You can send the products to our Company (Municipality of Metamorfosi, 37, V. Deligianni Str., P.C. 14452, Attica). Pack the products in the box in which the order was received. In the package a completed form of withdrawal, and the receipt / invoice, should be placed, and then the parcel should be sent to us. You are advised to send the products through the courier agency from which the order was originally received.
In case of repeated returns made by a consumer, www.enyoofficial.com reserves the right to refuse the return of products, due to overuse of the right of retraction/replacement of our products. In that event, the consumer shall be charged with the additional cost incurred by overusing his/her rights.
If the aforementioned legal process is not followed or any legal requirements are not fulfilled in order to accept the return of any product, then said product shall be returned to the consumer, who shall be charged with the cost of packaging and consigning to said consumer.
If the customer refuses to receive the ordered products, two times in a row, without a serious cause, the Company reserves the right to refuse any other purchase from the specific customer.
